Record of your competence is stored on the National Qualifications System (NQS). 

An Official Transcript is issued on the successful completion of a unit of competence, cluster of units or the entire Qualification Plan. An official Transcript must be requested from the NCTVET by the Accredited Training Organisation (ATO).

The National Vocational Qualification of Jamaica (NVQ-J) or the Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ) is issued once all the required units within a Qualification Plan have been successfully completed.
